Description: This project included the rehabilitation and renovation of the Montgomery & Aldridge tire retread facility into cold dark shell suitable for class A office. It is a brick warehouse building with a heavy timber framed interior. The project consisted of cleaning and repairing the existing structure; providing a new roof, windows, and doors; as well as building a new lobby space with toilet rooms, an elevator, and egress stairs to then be leased to future tenants.
